Apartment looks pretty, owner responded quickly, but not so comfortable with second floor, cause ceilings too low. And really wants to have more fresh air, cause u can’t open windows there.

Le logement est bien place et correspond aux photos. Le style est élégant et moderne. Cependant, il manque quelques petites choses comme une lampe de chevet, du gel douche ou du shampoing, une couverture supplémentaire. Malgré les instructions, l’arrivée nocturne a Erevan (4h du matin) ne facilite pas l'installation dans l'appart car l’entrée est un peu sombre. Mais en gros, je conseille car c'est dans le centre et calme et que l'appart est joli.

appartamento molto bello abbiamo avuto qualche problema poiché in casa non c'era neanche il sapone, la spazzatura dell'inquilino precedente e neanche un sapone per lavarsi le mani. la piastra di cottura si era rotta il giorno precedente al nostro arrivo e ci sono voluti 2gg per ripararla con il tecnico che faceva avanti e indietro dall'appartamento.

Nice and beautiful apartment with great placement. I appreciated cozy jacuzzi, good quality cosmetics, powerful hairdryer and tasty tea. All this details greatly improve the experience for me. The second land in the apartment probably is not for people taller than 175 cm)

Really good and cozy place. It’s situated in a great area surrounded by whatever you need: bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, a bank etc.. really close to the center. I recommend! The only down side was the cold temperature at the first floor, even if the heat was on… Btw Jeff is really nice and helpful! Thank you for the stay, hope to come back soon.
