The location is on a lovely old street in the heart of Washington, MO. It is a very short walk to the beautiful city park, and 10 minutes to the river, where one can stroll to cafes and restaurants. The house is very well appointed, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated. Don't forget to take a peek out the back door. I wonderful sitting porch and beautiful backyard await.

A really lovely place to stay! We felt super comfortable and right at home. She had lots of nice little touches to make our stay so convenient. Would highly recommend!!

I reserved the cottage for visiting family members. The cottage footprint is roomy, with a spacious living room and a large master bedroom and large main bathroom. (With tub!) The functional kitchen made for a great gathering place, with a great island / bar for dining. The second bedroom, located on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom, allowed for privacy between family members. Both the front porch and back deck and garden area made for additional gathering spots. Finally, the snacks, bottled water and Exit 11 coffee (local coffee roaster) were great appreciated! This is the second time I have reserved the cottage. It is my go-to location.

It was such a cute little cottage. The neighborhood was nice. Close to downtown Washington. Comfy beds and quiet. It was decorated so cute. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!
