Highly recommended. Excellent view and location. Very walkable and safe, even at night (although obviously precautions should be taken to avoid that whenever possible). The staff provides thoughtful items on site for a normal fee and a free cell phone with data, which is very helpful in Cuba and was extremely generous. Everyone on the team was kind, communicated well, and worked hard to support me, and I am not the easiest guest. I am grateful to Arnoldo in particular, who was patience and helped me understand the way things work differently in Cuba (very helpful and needed). Thank you everyone. I hope to see you all again. 🙏🏻

There were mostly great things about my stay here and some things worth pointing out for future guests. Overall it’s an incredibly comfortable, well-maintained, and well-equipped apartment. The AC was a life saver, everything was relatively clean, I had no issues with the functionality of the apartment other than the Wi-Fi being unreliable. I had to use my data plan most of the time during my stay so just keep that in mind if you were planning to leverage their wifi. Another thing to point out is although this apartment is perfectly located with a beautiful view - it is located directly across from the US embassy (which has many advantages) but one thing to note is that understandably there’s a lot of cameras on the embassy building so it can make you a bit hesitant to have the blinds open and therefore taking away that beautiful view. The managers seem to be on top of their stuff so I would imagine they’ll find a privacy screen solution for this soon. Overall, highly recommend.
