I stayed at this property nearly four months. It was what I needed while transitioning to the area, and at a great value. The room and common areas were exactly as pictured, and I felt comfortable in the space right away. Location was central to many restaurants, bases, and shopping for essentials. The neighborhood is generally quiet and very safe. Jerri is friendly, helpful, keeps guests informed, and always responsive. I greatly appreciate her flexibility as I extended my stay a couple times. I would absolutely recommend this space for solo travelers and couples who plan to be in the area a while , appreciate independence, and are looking for value.

Jerri is a helpful, responsive, friendly host who communicates well and often with her guests. I’m very grateful to her for making this space available for long-term stays; thanks to her flexibility and openness, I’ve been able to extend my stay. Current rates for this space cannot be beat. This room is one of three in the upstairs portion of a townhome. Closet space is what you would expect for a room. I liked the wireless control for the ceiling light and fan. Wifi is fast and reliable, and use of the shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, laundry) is easy enough to deconflict with any other guests who might be on the property. The location is good, with quick access to Town Center, the Norfolk Outlets, grocery stores, and nearby bases. I would absolutely recommend this space for solo travelers or professionals who will be in the area for a while.
