Apartment was nice and clean. Only problem had was we had to use back door to get in as couldn’t seem to open the front door. Wasn’t a major problem tho and when I called about this their was always someone to communicate with. Would stay again
Excellent customer service, we needed to amend the booking a few days before we were due to arrive, they done this for us straight away. Nothing is a problem, Gabby and Hannah are a great help and ensured everything was okay when we checked in. Cleaning and fresh bedding provided during the stay, excellent place to stay! Thank you very much, 100% reccomend this Airbnb.
I'd booked this while travelling and found the additional work required (completing a separate online form and uploading a photo of ID) difficult and frustrating while doing a hectic work event in a place with sparse signal - luckily I just managed this, otherwise we wouldn't have had the code for the key box before our arrival late in the evening. Unfortunately, when we did get the keys, we could only open the porch door, and the main front door was broken and wouldn't open - we tried the back door and the chain was on, so back to fidgeting with the front door until eventually it opened. My final point would be that I hate figuring out bin day in my own home, and I certainly don't want to be presented with that responsibility and challenge after a late arrival at an AirBNB.
