This is the best new AirBnb I’ve been to in years. I have my favorites in DC and other venues, but I honestly want to come back to LA just to stay with Kimberly at this location. It was restful and perfect in so many levels. I cannot quite put into words how careful the hosts were with all sorts of thoughtful touches: lightening, environmentally friendly plumbing, humming bird fixtures that matches birds you could see and hear outside, some of the softest sheets and pristine towels I have ever had at an Airbnb. The backyard was also so blissful. So many places to relax and get work done. It was genuinely stupendous on so many levels. I find it difficult to find anything bad. The sliding door handle is a bit sticky — but it’s generally just fine. You just have to fiddle a little. But I’m telling you: I’m struggling. This place is gorgeous and Kimberly is a fantastic host!

Kimberly was an amazing host. We were traveling with our toddler which is always hard when you don’t have your day to day stuff! She got us a mini crib to use for our stay which was so helpful! Everything was pristine and she was super accommodating when it came to things I needed. Thanks again Kimberly for a great stay!

My stay here was amazing! You’ll love this community. The area is quit, peaceful with privacy. Kimberly is kind and accommodating. She made my check in process so easy and smooth after my flight got delayed and we didn’t get in until 2am. Once we enter the home everything was neat and clean. We had everything we needed. Kim even reached out to see if we were comfortable and needed anything else. She also provided good restaurants and places to go. If I could give her more stars I would. If you’re coming to Simi valley with your spouse or a friend I recommend this place. I plan on coming back again and hopefully it’s available for me stay here ☺️

Our stay was excellent! The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. Brand new! Parking on premises and very spacious. The bed and linens were super soft and comfy. Kimberly was an excellent host. She was extremely responsive and offered helpful suggestions for the area. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome while we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Laundry room and dedicated workspace was awesome to have. Everything you need is here! We'll be back!
