Relax and unwind with the whole family in our light-filled, mid-century beach house in Jan Juc. Our light filled home is a short walk to the famous Jan Juc beach, stunning cliff top walk and Jan Juc shops. With a bush view out each window, our lovely mid-century home will instantly make you feel the holiday calm. Our backyard is spacious and includes an outdoor dinning area to relax after a day at the beach. We love to host people and families who are respectful and considerate to our home.

We loved staying at Caitlin’s place. We loved that the house was in a quiet neighbourhood and lots of native trees and birds in the garden. The house was very welcoming and the large windows made it bright and airy. We also loved the decor. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is thinking of staying there
Gorgeous light, bright house perfect for a beach getaway. Great sized backyard well suited for little ones, and pet friendly too. Hosts were kind enough to leave lots of toys for our toddler to play with. House very clean too. Also a great location, close to parks and great beaches.

Jan Juc is a lovely little coastal town, with lots of beautiful beaches and home to some of the best surf in the world. Bells beach is a short 5 min drive or 35 min walk along the stunning cliff top (or beach at low tide).
Jan Juc shops (a 10 min walk) has delicious food and coffee. The large town of Torquay is just a 5 min drive or a beautiful 35 min coastal walk. Here you will find lots of great restaurants, brewery, pubs and the famous surf shop precinct.
Jan Juc / Torquay is the beginning of the Great Ocean Road so activities and sightseeing is endless. Keep your eyes out for dolphins on your morning cliff top walk and hang gliders fly over you in the sky.
Car or bike is easiest around town. You’ll need a car if you want to explore the Great Ocean Road.

Happy, relaxed and adventurous. My wife Steph and I have spent much of our adult lives exploring the world, surfing, hiking, hanging with friends and eating delicious food. We now have two little grommets and live on the Surf Coast in Jan Juc. We take great pride in our light filled home and love hosting families when we are off exploring new places.
