The master bedroom faces the lake with a private balcony with a full view of the lake. the next two bedrooms share one, bathroom. The "dorm" has a double bed and 3 bunk beds. This room has its own walk-in closet and bathroom. It sits street side. Downstairs has a half bath, garage access and windows across the front to look out over the lake, lawn and dock. There is room for 3 or 4 cars on the driveway and one in the garage. There is also parking for 2 or 3 cars across the street. There is a new brew pub 4 blocks up the street. The only establishment on the lake.

It’s a beautiful property. A lake house in MI in March is not the ideal choice for many families. Our family members were coming from 3 different states so the cousins & siblings could spend some time together. The older they get the harder it is to make that happen. Having time to play games, laugh together & make some memories was our goal and we were not disappointed. Jeff was great to work with, very helpful & friendly. Being on the lake with a dock, kayak, and lots of water paraphernalia would make it a fantastic summer vacation spot but we thoroughly enjoyed our less hectic stay in early spring.
Jeff was a great host and the home is absolutely beautiful. Amazing views of the lake and a very quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and a lot of labels across the entire home making things a lot easier. Very clean and a ton of amenities in the entire home, photos are spot on of what this home looks like. Our entire family and friends were very happy and felt right at home.

This is a rural setting about 7.5 miles from Sturgis. It is heavily wooded with several connecting lakes. Taking a kayak up the inlet or exploring the outlet, you will find a wilderness area. Discover f turtles, fish, birds, and every kind of wildlife this area supports. This lake is about 1.5 miles long from my dock. This is one of the best Bass fishing lakes in the area.
In the summer the surface water temperature is in the 70's. Right off the dock, it is about 18 inches deep, perfect for children.
In Sturgis, you can find shopping at large retailers. If you like to sit outside and watch a sunset, bring some wood and enjoy a fire along with a sunset.
There are 2 spaces inside the garage and 3 on the driveway. There are 2 across the street in a gravel area. Great place for walking or biking. You can ride a mountain bike all the way to the country club. The other direction offers about a 6-mile over-the-road bike experience. These are rural roads, no sidewalks so be alert to vehicle traffic.
