This was the perfect spot for my teenage kids and I to spend a few quiet days. The house was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Sara was quick to respond to questions and helpful instructions are posted around the house. The loft is definitely NOT for anyone afraid of heights or who is unsure using a ladder. That was the case for us - thankfully the couch is super comfortable and perfect for sleeping on. There are very limited toiletries so I recommend that future guests be sure to bring everything they might need. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very cozy and comfortable and exactly like the pictures. The home had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the lake. Sara was very responsive and made it easy to check in and communicate. We were unaware that in the area EVERYTHING was closed on Sundays which was the main day of our trip so we didn’t get out as much as we wanted to, though Sara’s place made it easy to stay in!

The cottage on the lake was beautiful. We had a great time just hanging out with our friends. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. Everyone commented that they would love to come back in the summer.

The best thing about this house is definitely that it sits on the lake. It is more of a summer vacation spot than any other rental we have been to. We were disappointed that you can not watch regular tv stations. They only had streaming. We left a day early due to a critter stuck in the potbelly stove that kept us up all night. all and all it was ok.
