Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous deck overlooking a nice little lake. Not far from the Shipshewana area but far enough to “get away”. The buggies passing by just added to the quaint atmosphere of the area. David was a great host. He asked that I call him when we arrived so I did. He wanted to take a few minutes and “walk us through” the cottage as there were a few idiosyncrasies he wanted us to know about. I thought it was great that he would take time to ensure we could make full use of everything. The cottage is a bit older but well maintained, very nice and comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Rented David's cottage for a girls weekend in Shipshewana. The cottage is well kept and David was very responsive. It is located on a lovely lake and only a short drive to the shops. I will definitely rent again when I'm going be in area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect size and setup for littler ones. The house was very clean and in order.
