Whether you are on a weekend getaway or wanting to explore the lovely towns of Shipshewana or Middlebury, or are in the area to enjoy a Notre Dame game the Back Porch is the perfect place for you. At the Back Porch, guests enjoy a unique and cozy interior as well the peaceful nature out back. Guests can easily observe Amish country, peruse the Shipshewana flea market (16 min), stroll through the beautiful quilt gardens of Middlebury (15 min), or cheer on a Notre Dame football game (40 min). This is a unique house with new furniture and updated interior with newly remodeled bathroom. You will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere this house brings. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening drink on the back porch. You may be able to spot the hummingbird as she comes for a drink! Occasionally you’ll have a deer come up 15 ft close to the house.

This is a relatively quiet neighborhood.
If you step outside you'll hear the birds chirping and you may even hear the neighbors rooster crow!
It's out in the country yet close to the Toll Road which will get you to Elkhart or South Bend/Notre Dame very conveniently and timely.
There plenty of parking space including an attached garage.
There are 2 rolls of toilet paper there to get you started but If you need extra toilet paper, some snacks, or drinks dollar general is only 5 minutes away!
