Overall: lovely stay. A few notes: we have small dogs and the back yard was not well maintained so our dogs struggled getting around due to the tall grass. Also the bathrooms are not plus size friendly, which is not a common thing for hosts to mention but I think is important for the reviewers to comment on. Lastly, not ideal check in and check out times but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Great place, especially for our extended stay. Everything was as described and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay again when in Omaha.

My stay at Dan’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood. We were 15 minutes or less away from UNO, Old Market, Memorial Park, grocery stores, coffee, shopping, and restaurants. The house itself was beautifully decorated and clean. Dan was a fantastic host, providing clear communication and helpful tips for check in. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Omaha. Thank you, Dan, for making my trip memorable! I can't wait to come back again.
