This house is so clean and well kept. Easy kitchen to work in. The water is great tasting, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We absolutely love it here. With the few questions we had, CJ responds immediately. Great house, awesome host. This would be so fun in the summer as Shell Lake is a clean, beautiful lake. And they have lots of fun toys here at the lake house

Our stay at the Lively Loon, despite it being a short weekend stay, was welcoming and comfortable… truly a “home away from home” experience! This rental is exceptionally well maintained with everything supplied for a relaxing stay. Two thumbs up for the Lively Loon! Thank you, CJ!

We needed a place on short notice, and CJ was willing to let us check in early. We needed to extend our stay, and once again, he made it easy to do. When we walked in the house, it smelled (and was) clean. There were fixing for S’Mores in a basket on the table. It was very welcoming. The shower has great water pressure with lots of hot water. The washer and dryer work great. There was everything one needed. From toothbrushes to laundry soap, ziplock bags, etc. There were all the necessities of home. Would love to stay in the summer when one could use the beautiful beach area, or ride the bikes (even a bicycle built for two!). They had corn hole boards (and mini ones, too). Shell Lake is a fun small, friendly town. This is definitely a place worth staying!
