A Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a private attached bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. 0.5 mils from Orangterrace Park and Grand Terrace Library, 6 miles from UCR, and 1 mile from grocery Albertson & StaterBro. Nearby freeways 91, 60, 215, 15, etc. 40 - 60 miles range from major resorts like Disneyland Parks, Newport Beach, Big Bear Lake, and LA. ☞Great amenity condition ☞Maximized privacy ☞Driveway parking ☞Garden Patio ☞Close to UCR, grocery, park. It's a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family house. All of the listed rooms are located on the second floor. This is the Master bedroom of the house. It's a cozy, spacious, private place with an exclusive bathroom, shower, and bathtub. Large washstand, mirror, and walk-in closet. The large window opens to a view of the hillside garden well tended by the host. One large chest drawer, one dress table with a large mirror standing on top. Iron and stand, vacuum, etc. Stepping out of the room, you can use a large workspace, a bookshelf, and a printer. There is a laundry room across the hallway. Downstairs are the living room, kitchen, dining room, and sunroom. We provide the full set of cooking devices, utensils, seasons, and wraps. The backyard provides a good place to relax after the day and enjoy the roses, succulents, citrus, and fig trees. Talk a walk outside! I am pretty sure you will fall in love with the neighborhood as I did when we moved here years ago. We are sitting at the quiet edge of a large residence community built by Lennar since early 2000. It's still expanding! In ten minutes you will be surrounded by the massive greenery of Grand Terrace Park, the diamond of our community. The mega-church Grove Community Church is across the street, the hill behind it the heaven for joggers and cyclists.

Great house ! I had the best stay with Airbnb so far . The neighborhood is quite and very safe , located in the best Riverside area called : Orange Crest . The house is big and very clean . My room is great : it is like a house by itself inside the house ( extra room for clothes, bath tab … ) . The host bond is great ! He helped with the check in and answered all my questions. He made me feel at home by letting me use the kitchen and eating and hanging out wherever I want in the house . Thank you very much Bond !
Staying at Bond’s house was nothing short for spectacular. The master bedroom was huge! And the window had a nice view/ sunlight Into the room. Bond was very very friendly and offered to cook/share some of his meals. The place was very clean and Bond is really friendly. He always greets you with a smile! A wonderful host that makes sure you have everything you need. I am very happy I picked this place to stay. There is an Albertsons close by and some good Mexican restaurants. Upon arrival, Bond provided a water bottle and offers to let you use/ share all the amenities. There’s a desk too you can use to work! There are often others staying here as the he airbnbs the other rooms. Very friendly host and I would 10/10 come back again next time I need to stay in Riverside.

I had another great stay at Mr Bond’s property. He of course was nice, friendly and respectful. It was quiet and I loved it. I hate I had to leave but it was time and I would recommend and stay there again.

A relatively new neighborhood built by Lennar Home in 2001. We live around Orange Terrace Park and build great bonds across neighborhoods. BTW it's one of the most beautiful Halloween spots in Riverside City.
Two driveway parking spots. More free parking along the curb. Walking distance to Orange Terrace Park, one of the largest community parks in Riverside City. It's got all the new kids' playgrounds in 2021. Across the street is Mission Grove Church one of the mega-churches in Riverside city. 6 miles from UCR, Albertson & StaterBros are in a one-mile range.
