Experience the warmth and serenity of a family home in our modern, sophisticated, and stylish suite, featuring floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows that enable functional layouts to be illuminated by daylight throughout the day. The bright open-concept living area is perfectly designed for relaxation after a full day of adventure. Not only do we have plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep, but we also have a fully equipped kitchen with enough appliances and stock to make simple meals for those nights when you just want to chill out and cook. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a CN Tower view, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also a recliner sofa available for extra sleeping space! For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated space setup with a desk and chair for you to use. The private balcony has outdoor seating which is a great place for relaxation! An ensuite washer and dryer, 50" Smart TV, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 750 Mbps, and 1 free parking spot are all provided during your stay! Nikita was a great host with fast responses to any questions. Her place had an amazing few and a prime location with Riley’s Aquarium, Rogers Center and Scotiabank Place only a few mins walk away. Would Highly recommend this place for anyone coming out of town wanting to check out a ball or hockey game. Thank you Nikita 👍
Nikita’s Airbnb was an incredible find for our family for our son’s spring break! The location simply can’t be beat being only a 5 minute walk to the CN tower/Ripleys aquarium and accessible to the subway to many other attractions in Toronto. Nikita’s place was well appointed, extremely immaculate and modern and had every amenity that we could ever need for our family. And the views of the CN tower and surrounding buildings were literally to die for, incredibly breathtaking! Nikita’s communication was second to none and her instructions were so detailed and incredibly helpful. Our stay was nothing short of amazing and would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone visiting Toronto! Five Stars!
We enjoyed our stay at Nikita's place! Pros: 1) location, jaw-dropping views of the CN tower and lake. Grocery store and Union Station across the street. Lake just a few blocks away. 2) lots of light. (An eye mask may be helpful because the blinds don't block out much light in the morning). 3) beautiful decor; very clean unit 4) many amenities provided (shampoo, toilet paper, laundry soap) 5) parking spot included Cons: 1) sound insulation: doors to both bedrooms are sliding doors with big gaps, so there is little sound insulation in the condo. There is also a steady background stream of noise from the freeway, but this was pretty easy to tune out after a while. Could also hear dog barking at night in the next unit. Earplugs recommended if you are a light sleeper. 2) bedroom shower was broken; Nikita did note she planned to fix this.

This home is in an area that's really safe and friendly.
You will be within walking distance of famous downtown Toronto attractions including the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Financial District, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, Roy Thomson Hall and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
You can grab a bite at Taco Del Mar and South St. Burger or have a meal at Kinka Izakaya Harbourfront, Shatter Abbas, or BeaverTails. There is also a Starbucks located at 208 Queens Quay W. Longo's and Bloom Pharmacy are just 4 mins walk away!
There are great restaurants close by such as Hoops Sports Bar & Grill, Subway and e11even. Starbucks, iQ FOOD CO., and Aroma Espresso Bar are all less than 3 mins walk and Longo's Maple Leaf Square, Sobeys Urban Fresh Queens Quay and Rabba Fine Foods are just an easy 8-minute walk away.
Union Station (the city's primary transportation hub) is a one minute walk from the building. Uber is also super convenient. The Spadina Street car is a 2 minute walk towards the water which goes along the waterfront and up Spadina all the way to Spadina station.
There is no better location to stay in the city!
The Union Pearson Express is a great way to get from Pearson Airport to the city, and if you are coming from Billy Bishop Airport the shuttle bus takes you in front of the Intercontinental Hotel beside Union Station.
How to get to the unit from the Airport:
- You can take a 25-minute direct express train from the airport to Union Station which is connected to the building via an underground mall.
- It’s also a 30-minute taxi or Uber without traffic.
-There’s also a bus that goes directly from Pearson Airport to Union Station.
Access the rest of Toronto with the TTC, Union Station and underground P.A.T.H. right beside the building.
