Sarah's house was a great place to base a family holiday. Great location and fantastic views. Right by Maer Down which makes it a great place for dog walking. Sarah was very responsive to the few things that came up in our first week.

My family and I enjoyed a week stay at Salty’s. Sarah and Simon have thought of all the details to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We enjoyed Rosie’s diner most days which is a short walk right on the seafront. Bude is a 15mins walk past a well stocked Sainsburys and the coastal path overlooking the sea pool and beaches was lovely. Most places are dog friendly, every other person has a dog walking around. Watch out if you’ve got dodgey hips or knees as there are a lot of steps in this town house, my mum found it particularly tricky going up and down the steps.. but it’s great if you enjoy a step workout! Salty’s location is fantastic with plenty around and nice and quiet in the evenings with respectful neighbours

This property is situated in a fantastic location, it is very close to the sea/ beach and has a sea view. It is also close to all amenities, so you can easily walk into Bude to shop or try out the local restaurants etc. We thought the property was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen and games room. In particular, we felt that a lot of thought had gone into the provision of items for young children. We had a very enjoyable holiday, no doubt helped by the good weather!
