This beautifully recently updated detached bungalow is located in a traditional quaint North Devon village with a fantastic pub. All on the ground floor with an open plan living space. Living area has a Smart TV and bi-fold doors leading to luxurious patio. Dining area. Kitchen area is complete with breakfast bar, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and bi-fold doors leading to raised patio. Utility room with washing machine. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, Smart TV and en-suite with impressive walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and Smart TV. Bathroom has a beautiful roll-top bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Lawned garden with patio, sitting-out-area, garden furniture, barbecue and summerhouse. Private parking for 4 cars.

Vicky’s place in Chittlehampton is exactly as advertised and of a very high standard. The village has a lovely vibe, walks straight from the house couldn’t be better, and The Bell is a real village pub. If you want to eat there book a table when you book Vicky’s place
We were four guys keen for a weekend in the peaceful countryside in mid April. All four of us said that Vicky’s place was the nicest air Bnb we have ever stayed in. On top of that, her communication was spot on and the house has beautiful countryside views whilst being 100m from both a pub and the village shop. We’re already looking for an excuse to return!
Clearly the best rental property we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The house is spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The small, multiple little touches throughout the house added to a wonderful stay. A beautiful house in a quaint, friendly village. Thank you Vicky!
Outstanding property. Spotlessly clean throughout. Tastefully furnished/decorated. Beds very comfortable. A lot of effort, money and thought has gone into making this property a delightful place to stay. I really can't find fault with the place. Village was peaceful with handy shop next door and a great pub for food a short walk away.
A really well-equipped, spacious and clean house with a lovely welcome and a very helpful and responsive host. A lovely village with a great little shop, nice local walks and beautiful beaches a half hour drive away. We had a super stay - thank you Vicky
