Beautiful house pictures don’t do it justice! Enjoyed our Stay here so much and was perfect for our dog… absolutely loved the kitchen and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet get away.
We booked a last minute getaway with our 9m old and 2 spaniels and couldn't be happier with the cottage. If you are searching for a North Devon base, let this cottage be it! Great spaces to relax in and comfy beds. Photos dont do it justice, was bigger than we expected. We made good use of the kitchen which is well equipped, and played games in front of the log burner everynight. Roisin gave us lots of great recommendations, we tried to fit in as many as we could and they did not disappoint. Lovely home and wonderful host 😊
The place was perfect, set behind the village church in a sweet North Devon village. The house was well appointed, nice living space and lovely kitchen. Would stay again if I were planning to stay in the area

Roisin is a wonderful host and has a lovely property. Extremely friendly and helpful before check in and messaged occasionally through the week to make sure we didn’t need anything, any questions I asked were promptly answered. The house was festively decorated on our arrival which was a great touch as we were there for Christmas. The house and garden are bigger than the pictures show and for 3 adults and 2 children under 5 we never felt like we were on top of each other. Swimbridge is a lovely village with a great pub/restaurant and lots of walks right from the doorstep. I would highly recommend this property and if I am in the area again will be sure to book with Roisin again.

自我介绍
I’m Roisin and when I’ve not been at uni or travelling, I have lived in North Devon all my life. We have lived in our gorgeous cottage in the stunning village of Swimbridge since 2016 and we’ve poured our hearts into maintaining and improving our wonderful home. We love where we live for so many reasons - our lovely neighbours, the church bells, the sunsets on the hillside, the scrummy food and ambience of the local pub, the stream side gardens and the endless circular routes to name a few - never mind the house and the garden itself! From our home, we’re never far from being completely spoilt by the beauty of North Devon to enjoy our favourite hobbies, which include mountain biking; surfing; running; walking and skateboarding. We love to offer people the chance to soak up all the best bits of our home, whilst we use Air B&B to explore other areas in the UK and beyond.
