This spacious room is conveniently located just down the stairs from the front door, the lower portion of a split-level home. Includes a small private bathroom, Wi-fi and driveway parking. A short 10-minute drive to Binghamton University. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops all within a 3 mile radius. FYI, the entrance to the room only has a privacy curtain; there is no door.

Great place, just like the photos.
Aiko’s place was great for a one night pass through. Aiko and her husky were very friendly Aiko was promptly responsive and friendly. The place was great with private bathroom. Easy to find. She even put bottled water which was great. The room was initially cold but there was a spot heater that made it very cozy. I will definitely stop by again on a future visit. Thank you.
very clean/comfortable bed, quiet space, clean bathroom, and the host was very easy to talk to
staying here for one night was very easy especially for my first time using airbnb
Aiko's place was just what I needed during my stay in Binghamton. Easy to check in, comfortable bed, just the right amount of privacy while one finds oneself in another's home. Highly recommend!
