Surrounded by trees, and with a stunning lake view, this 1940 cottage will have you in relaxation mode in no time. Explore the area, or simply hang out and enjoy the view, hot tub, fire pit, kitchen with new appliances, and indoor fireplace. Nearby, there are lakes, scenic drives, Bethel Woods, and the towns of Narrowsburg, Livingston Manor, and Roscoe. Dogs allowed with approval, and the property is fully fenced. There are other houses nearby, but still private. This is my personal house, and not a business, so it is set up for comfort and relaxation. The dining room and den area look out at the lake, and it feels like you're living in a gorgeous painting, no matter the season. The kitchen is well-appointed with just about any item you would need for cooking. This is a lovely place to relax and cook, take walks, take the dogs to the dog park, read, do puzzles, etc. It is not a party house. I have a dresser empty in each bedroom for guest use, and hooks on the wall if you need to hang something. The beds are comfortable, and it's very quiet here at night. There is a TV, and you are free to log in to your streaming accounts to watch movies, etc. I have a neighbor with debris in his yard, but the trees mostly obscure it. This is a community that was developed in the 1930s and 1940s, and while it is very private, I do have neighbors. I ask that guests be respectful of my neighbors.
