nous avons été inquiets par l'annonce d'une adresse différente de celle de la confirmation de réservation. finalement,tout s'est bien passé. le quartier du logement est safe, nous avons eu l'occasion de rentrer tard , à pied, sans se sentir en danger. bien situé pas apport aux transport en commun(Utica avenue) avraham est réactif et répond à toutes les questions. les photos du logement sont conformes. il était tres propre. nous avons fait part de quelques améliorations d'équipements de cuisine et vaisselle car un peu limité pour une capacité totale d'occupants. la maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour une famille. la literie est de qualité. prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude du bruit. pour information, pas de volets, juste des rideaux pour la nuit.

This place is super well-suited for a group. Came here with 9 grad students and it met our needs nicely. The neighborhood is lively and friendly with tons of good food and walkable to transit. It was clean and easy to navigate.

The place was older with minimal docorative accents, however everything we needed was provided (except wash cloths). The house was very spacious for our larger family visiting for a wedding. The backyard patio area was very nice and looked just like the pictures. The location was nearby shops and public transportation. The host was very responsive, friendly, and detailed. Only cons were that the outside appearance of the front of the house was lack luster and the parking could be a little tricky if you were getting back to the residence after hours. I would still stay again if I were visiting and had a large group.

very good location for all activities in town, close to 2 different great subway-lines and JFK Avraham was super helpful and supportive and generous
