Beautiful flat with an unmatched attention from hosts! We stayed there with my toddler and family for a week. The living room was larger than expected, there was a child safety gate which was really appreciated. Kevin was extremely responsive, flexible and proactive. The flat is well organized, lots of amenities and matches exactly the description. Easy check-in, location is also quick to find and access. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in Brooklyn. Kevin, thank you so much for your kindness, we will be back!

I recently stayed at German's apartment with a couple of friends and one of their toddlers, and it turned out to be an incredible find. From the outside, you wouldn't expect much, but the inside revealed a peaceful, light-filled loft that felt worlds away from the city's hustle. Nights were unexpectedly quiet, making for restful sleep, a real rarity in New York City. The kitchen was fully equipped, catering to all our culinary needs and making it feel just like home. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, especially the bedrooms, which you don't often find in NYC apartments. We all felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating, providing baby essentials like a pack n play, high chair, and baby gate, all of which were in pristine condition. Cleanliness was top-notch across the board. Its location was ideal, too, with a grocery store and numerous tasty restaurants just a block away. Overall, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at German's listing. It was more spacious than we anticipated. Ideal for cooking and hanging out with our family playing games and watching movies. The hosts were very communicative. We appreciated their flexibility and quick responses. It was great having a local market downstairs.
