Chris’ place is the ONLY AirBnB we have ever actually rebooked and I think that says a lot. We end up in the same cities frequently, but have yet to ever stay somewhere that I truly wanted to return to. His place really is just so perfect for a couples trip. The space isn’t so big that you feel like you’re wasting space and it’s not so small that you feel cramped. I don’t think he even mentions in his listing that his place has a water softener system, and that is a huge plus! Having nice water in a rental space is such a rare find, and something we place high value on. Anyway, I can’t recommend Chris’ enough! And while I say that, I do also think, “maybe I should keep this to myself,” because now my dates might be harder to book, Lol! 🤔😆

This is an excellent location! Close to the beach, Port St Joe and Mexico Beach Chris is an awesome host providing easy check in, follow up during the stay and providing recommendations On local things to do. We will certainly stay at this location again. Highly Recommend!

Chris was a fantastic host. The check-in process was seamless, he was very responsive, and had great local recommendations. The Windmark is a beautiful property with walkable beach access and a cute city center with a handful of restaurants and bars. It was a great place to relax.

Chris was very accommodating. The place was immaculate and freshly painted, everything looked brand new and Chris was willing to provide extra like additional dining room chairs when our nephew came by to visit. The location was great with access to the ocean and pool. We would definitely book again!

The Cockpit Cottage was one of the cleanest AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed at. He was very responsive and kind, and he gave great recommendations. The area has its own shops, eateries and private beach within walking distance. We would definitely come back!
