Lovely peaceful spot with birdsong. Clean and tidy but labeled instructions everywhere. Not enough comfy seating as it is a small lounge space. Shower old and doesn't drain properly. Comfy beds. Only one teatowel in the place and one rubbish liner, with doesn't work with no dishwasher and 4 people.

Great place. Beautiful view. Very, VERY quite. We wished we could have stayed a whole week. Judith was was friendly and responsive.

A lovely place to stay near Akaroa. Beautiful views and everything we needed. We would happily stay again and recommend to others.

The bedrooms seemed a little cramped, but the living area and views off the deck were beautiful. The access to the beach was easy to use once located, and the beach prided even better views over the bay. The drive to the location was very cool, rising up to the top of the hills overlooking the water and then back down to sea level. Quite a breath taking views as we made our way to the house. The little town next to us was quaint and had good food choices and interesting shops.

The room is very clean, the geographical location is very good, the scenery is very beautiful, you can see a whole starry night, it is a very romantic place, the landlord is very friendly and nice, and the reply is timely, although only stayed a short night, the experience are very good!
