This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Welcome to my Luxury Private room in the lovely neighborhood of Downtown Montreal, while being just steps away from the hustle and bustle Montreal streets and Just a few steps far from Concordia University. Carefully cleaned and sanitized as per Airbnb standards after each booking. Its a house with Six bedrooms that each of them are on the airbnb separately. This room is located on the Second floor with couple of stairs The space ➜ bedroom features a twin size bed frame ➜ A work space provided ➜ The room has lock ➜There are one bathroom, two toilets and a kitchen that shared with other guests ➜ In-house washer and dryer are provided for guests to use free ➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge, oven, microwave and a gas stove.

Milad is a good host, he provided all the information I asked for. The place is worth the money. The only problem is noise that comes from the road during nights. Other wise the location is close to a lot of places. The area is Safe.

It was a pleasant stay, the location is very walkable. Close to the subway station, and there’s a bus stop right across the house.
This could be an ok stay if it is not during winter. The heat in my specific room did not heat well. Although, I did contact the host to request a floor heater or am extra blanket, I was told the heat worked fine and therefore left to be cold the whole night.
