Host was communicative through the messages via airbnb app but over the phone, was different. Cleaners are VERY rude & rushed us out even after me reaching out to host about taking a few extra minutes. Communication is just terrible & the things the cleaners relayed back to the owner is outrageous.

The photos of the place look great, but I feel they are misleading to the actual condition of the home. You can tell this was a cheap investment property flip. I could’ve gotten over that, if the place would have been clean. There were crumbs all over the floor and on the couch, I had to sweep myself. The rugs were also dirty. The bathrooms were not the cleanest either. The location of this home is wonderful, and the host was responsive, but cleanliness should be a no brainer.

Absolutely loved this place. If you’re going to be in Clive, this is the place for you. Everything is almost within walking distance. Also anything we needed, we were responded to almost immediately! WILL be renting from them again.

The house has the advertised amenities, is in a convenient location, and was relatively reasonably priced. Sheryl was very responsive (even very late on New Year's Eve!), and house rules and checkout instructions were refreshingly reasonable. I'm sorry to say the property is a bit shabbier than what the photos and description present. There are some items in disrepair and I wish it had been a little cleaner when we arrived. This house is clearly an investment property, so maybe some repairs and renovations are in progress, but some edits to the listing would be appropriate. One example: the advertised fireplace has an electronic insert with a cord that can't reach any outlets, so can't actually be turned on. All-in-all, our stay was fine and our host was very helpful. Though the space is not quite what we expected from the glowing listing, it worked well enough for us and has great potential.
