Come stay at our basement suite on the best block in Petworth! Located on the border of ParkView, this suite is only 5 minutes away from the Metro that will whisk you to all the DC's major attractions within 20 minutes. You'll have a separate bedroom with soft, comfy queen sized bed, plenty of closet and dresser space. You'll have a living room with 42" HDTV and access to a wet bar and a (pod) coffee maker. If you want to get fresh air, our backyard patio is available for your use! The space is our basement suite which has a separate bathroom, living room and wet bar. The suite is accessible through our well lit alley and through our fenced in back patio

Pinaki’s place was perfect for a short stay in DC. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and the hosts are communicative and welcoming.

Petworth and it’s adjacent neighbor, Park View are the most diverse in DC. There are lots of young families with young children on our block and longer time residents who are happy to say hi. Scattered around are group houses with young professionals.
DC’s metro is just 5 minute walk away. Take the Green Line towards Branch Ave if you’d like to go downtown (pro-tip, just add Smartrip dollars to your phone wallet!). Street parking is fairly easy and unzoned from 8:30pm Friday until early Monday morning. If you need to park during other times, let us know and we’ll provide guidance.
