Very nice house - the host was perfect. Would highly recommend to anybody staying in Buffalo.

This place is huge, it was nice that the upstairs had its own kitchen and a cool balcony.

House was great and host was informative and responsive if we had any questions. We had 9 ppl and the size of the house was great, didn’t feel cramped at all.

The house is in a gentrifying area, but only 2 blocks from the tony Gates Circle. The vistas out the windows looked like a Broadway set from “Fences”. Kind of grim and junky. But inside was another story: 6 lovely bedrooms with nice art and artifacts. Fresh linens. Good books to read. The kitchen(s) was really excellent and well equipped. Very nice appliances and lots of counter space. Great coffee maker (s) with plentiful pods. The house needs a wine opener but has everything else. Dining area (s) became the heart of our stay. Comfy living room furniture and good TV. Maybe in future a few rugs would warm up the place. Best of all was the proximity to all that we needed to be close to. Oh, and Mary was most attentive, bringing space heaters for the two cold bedrooms. And helping us with the vagaries of the keypad locks. Thank you for a very nice stay. We could spread out and bond with our family. Buffalo is an elegant city. Good to be back.
