you simply cannot go wrong with this place. affordable, great location, privacy, but close to all the good spots in helen. clean as a whistle, no problems at all. thanks for providing us a great place james. we will be returning.

Great location, super helpful host! The place was very clean. Only suggestions are to have a lamp or some lighting in the den, and to fix the blinds in the upstairs bedroom facing the front of the townhome.

Great space very close to everything in Helen. Very clean and kept up. Semi close to everything in Helen, depending on how far you like to walk. Overall very happy with the place.

I know now what a Farmers Apartment layout is. I loved the lay out of bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs; gave individual spaces for our family. Worth the price for sure.
