Beautiful newly renovated home in a safe, charming neighborhood just a quick drive to everything. Walking distance to Fraize Pavilion, shopping and more. About a 10 minute drive to UD’s campus and downtown. Perfect place for a long weekend or extended stay! Fully fenced in backyard with patio! We are very respectful of our neighbors so we do have a strict no party policy.

Rino's place was tidy and comfortable and close to everything.
Rino was proactive with entry instructions and other communications. House was clean, easy to find, and in a quiet neighborhood.

Rino is an AMAZING and responsive host! The price was great and the location perfect for our trip into town for the solar eclipse. The kitchen was well furnished. We really appreciated how minimal the decorations were...with kids I had no worries about them breaking anything. The backyard was really helpful to have our own space to send the kids outside.
