Our host Patrick stayed in touch during our stay, very helpful! The house was clean and very safe. There were lots of games, in addition to a game room that our grandson really enjoyed. Nice and quiet area and very convenient to 675. Our daughter and family live in Dayton so we travel often. We would not hesitate to book the property again! Thank you

Really beautiful, comfortable property. Patrick and Nicole were gracious and responsive hosts. We were very comfortable here and were so grateful to have a quiet place to stay while having some repairs done on our home nearby. We would definitely stay here again (hopefully no more repairs!), and would recommend it to family and friends. One thing that may be worth mentioning: your points of contact will be Patrick and Nicole (who are great!), and you'll need to communicate with them via phone (call/text) or email per the instructions from Evolve, the company that controls this listing. If you are someone who feels most comfortable communicating through the Airbnb app, this is just something to be aware of. Everything went off without a hitch for me, and we had no issues :) Thanks again for hosting us!

The carriage house was decorated for Christmas! It was so pretty. Hosts left gingerbread house kits, sugar cookie mix, make our own stockings with glitter, hot chocolate and marshmallows. Our granddaughter loved it! The game room with ping pong table and foosball table were a welcome addition. The hosts were most responsive to our needs (didn’t have many questions). The house was well equipped. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. It was not only clean and organized, it was very cozy and homey. We felt right at home immediately. We visited during the holiday season and it was also decorated with a christmas tree and other decorations which made it feel even more special. The host was proactive with communication, very accommodating, and quick to respond. The game room was an added bonus! We were all adults, but had so much fun playing darts and ping-pong which kept us laughing. I've stayed in many Air BNB's and this was by far my favorite stay so far. I highly recommend, even though the price point is a little higher than others in the area. It was worth every penny, and our family will always remember this visit. Thank you so much!
