Bear Lake has been colloquially called the "Caribbean of the West" for its crystal clear blue water, sunshine filled summers and friendly relaxed locals. Bear Lake is the place families make their best memories. Our home is located in the gated community called The Reserve at Bear Lake. It is a family community and you will find friendly and happy neighbors.
Our property is located:
- 2.5 hours from Salt Lake City
- 1 hour from Logan
- 2 hours from Pocatello
There is ample parking in the driveway for 10 vehicles/trailers alike. The larger the vehicle/trailer the more limited your parking opportunities.

Hi I am Spencer K Bailey, I am an entrepreneur and avid traveler! I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, running, and and just continuously chasing adventures. My style of traveling is being able to immerse myself in local culture! I love getting to see the way the locals live, I am not really attracted to doing the "touristy" sort of things but rather getting to know someone for who they are and not just for what they are stereotyped as!
