I loved the location and the hosts were really nice and helpful ! Easy to get around and the apartment is cozy. Although, I recommend the hosts to clean the bathroom thoroughly next time, there was pink mold in all the cracks, but it was very clean everywhere else 🥰 The walls are paper thin, so you’ll hear conversations next door. Overall, I’m happy with my stay !

My experience with this Airbnb host was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. Despite being frequent travelers who often use Airbnb, this last-minute booking turned into a nightmare for myself and my two young children, aged 7 and 10. Filthy Conditions: The sofa was filthy and broken, making it impossible to sleep on. The blankets smelled bad and were stored messily, so we ended up sharing one bed, fully clothed Lack of Cleanliness: Coffee-stained cups in the kitchen showed neglect for cleanliness. Unwelcoming Communication: I felt unwelcome from the start. The host's response to my questions about nearby subway stations was abrupt and unhelpful. Additionally, when I lost the apartment swipe card, the host's communication was cold and unsympathetic, making me feel accused and distressed, especially with my children present. When I asked about the $100 card replacement fee, the host rudely dismissed my concerns, showing a hostile attitude towards customer service. Costly parking.
