great apartment. walking distance to many restaurants and bars. loved the jazz club Noce which was just down the block. Will stay again.

Sheryl's place is spacious and beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. If i had one complaint it would be the small TV in the spacious living room.. kind of hard to see from across the room! But seriously, nothing but great things to say about this place!

Sheryl was very responsive and checked in several times to ensure my needs were met. The location is only a 5-7 minute drive from the heart of downtown, very easy access to the Capitol grounds, East Village, other downtown attractions. A brewery and a restaurant are within walking distance. The location is near a fairly busy fire station, and a homeless shelter. There are a few transients hanging around but I had no problems with anyone. The complex itself it quiet and secure. There is a small but effective gym, and a hot tub on premise. The individual apartment is spacious, and has all amenities necessary for extended stay. I would stay there again!

I recently stayed at this airbnb and had a great experience. The place was very clean and located in a fun building with a young adult vibe. It is conveniently situated across the street from a charming coffee shop. Street parking does cost so I opted for purchasing the parking pass in the lot in the back.
