The Farm house was absolutely perfect. Sam was very attentive, it was spacious for our family, so peaceful and we will definitely be coming back.

Sam was a great host and the property was very beautiful. Prior to our arrival, a snow storm hit the east coast dumping 4-6 inches of snow. Saw spent counts hours shoveling snow from the main road to the house which is quite the distance. While the house is older, it sits privately on 50 acres of rolling hills and farm land. We saw deer just about every morning. It was just what my group needed while working in the area. Sam had the house stocked with just about everything you could need in the kitchen and the internet was super fast. I would recommend this property to anyone.

It's not just clean; it's well-stocked beyond expectation, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Sam, our host, was a superstar. Every question we had was answered promptly, adding to our ease and enjoyment. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute drive from the historic charm of Frederick and within reach of numerous attractions. But what stood out were the amenities. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were the cherries on top of our delightful stay. There's a sense of thoughtfulness in every corner, right down to the fully loaded items like disposable cups, spices, and utensils - everything you could need.
