Pjot is very responsive and kind. I asked for a new sheets and have it delivered right away even though his worker is on his day off. Would recommend his place and would book it again.

I had a blast at Pjotr's place! It was clean, comfortable, and right next to IT Park, which was super convenient. Pjotr was a fantastic host; even after a booking mix-up (payment thing with Airbnb), he ensured everything was perfect. The WiFi was strong—ideal for work. I loved the extra touch of having a library next to the pool where I could work in peace. Great value for the price. Highly recommend staying here in Cebu City.

Pjotr's place was a gem indeed - his studio has all the essential amenities and is perfect for travellers who want a kitchenette. Everything you need is also within walking distance - from the laundromat across the street to restaurants and eateries, and Ayala Mall is just a short walk away. I like that the Median is situated away from the bustle of the main street yet close enough to enjoy the perks of convenience. Pjotr has been great with hospitality from the first day - he is always responsive and communicative, ensuring that everything we need is taken care of. The Instax was also a nice, welcoming touch that made his place stand out from the rest. All in all, thank you for making our stay at Cebu an enjoyable one.

+ cozy ambiance + cotton bedsheets + proper kitchen utilities + plenty of free drinking water + stunning view from top floor + nice reception / security - apt isn't very spacoius - a/c a bit a noisy type. seems standard here. thanks a lot Pjtor, I would stay again here.
