A very cute top-floor studio apartment. I suspect it was three chambres de bonne that got combined, which added a wonderful layer of Parisian history and culture to our stay. Very clean and centrally located it was a great base for exploring the city. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare morning coffee and meals for ourselves. Jad was very responsive and accommodating for us. Can’t wait to return!

The location is great to enjoy museums and great restaurants by Seine river. Interior is full of antique objects to feel the old times. Emamunel was very reponsive and flexible.

Overall, a nice place to stay at the top of a traditional Parisian building (with club in basement, if that’s your thing!). It was well connected to tourist and historic locations as well as the metro if you’re trying to go a little farther. However, the bathroom was where we confronted the most issues. First, the clothes drying rack provided was well used and mildewed significantly. Also, be aware there’s a reason there are no pictures of the toilet. It is a very small space that borders on uncomfortable and you cannot flush TP. Make sure you are VERY comfortable with whoever you are traveling with as it gets a little stinky. At that price it was well worth it, everything else was as depicted, we just wish we had known what to expect going in.

Great place for a short stay in Paris as a single person or a couple. Smallish attic apartment but has everything you need (even dishwasher and washing machine). The biggest advantage is the location, it’s extremely centrally located and close to many sites and metro lines. Check in/out and communication with host was easy and efficient.
