The property is based a 15 minute drive from the A1 motorway and is conveniently located between Barnsley and Pontefract which provides easy access to all towns and cities across West and South Yorkshire. The property has free parking to the front and rear! The property is a quaint mid-terrace property built during the industrial era. The property benefits from high ceilings throughout which makes the property feel spacious and comfortable. The property has a traditional layout typical of the local area. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor next to the spacious kitchen and homely living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essential items including a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a dining area in the kitchen with six chairs. There are fittings provided to hang both a hand towel and bath towel in the bathroom. All of the rooms in the property benefit from a central heating system. A high speed fibre WiFi system is included at the property. There are smoke detectors throughout the property, a carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen where the boiler is located, a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen and emergency lighting on the staircase. There is a yard to the rear of the property which is fenced and gated.
