We were skeptical for a moment going to the location because the street view of the address is not updated. Another little trouble we had was with the power plug of AC, it was grounded so we had a bit of trouble trying to make the AC work continuously.

Overall, we had a great stay, even though we encountered an issue with the air conditioning unit turning off by itself at midnight. However, more than that, the place is very clean and comfy. A premium condominium but one of the cheapest places to stay in the area. I just wish they had thicker comforter and hot shower. Thanks Sir Matthew!

The place was great! It was clean and tidy. We had to wait for hours due to the power outage in the area, the building’s generator only managed to turn on the lights and not the AC which we were sad about due to the very hot weather at the time. Overall, all amenities were available and clean. The host is also responsive to our queries before, during, and after our stay. We had a great stay!

I would definitely recommend Matthew’s place for those who wishes to stay in Bacolod. Location is great. My Wife and I loved it since the door of the room is just in front of the elevator.
