I would not recommend this unit. The area is lousy, and did not feel safe. on my third day, someone tried to gain access to the unit while I was inside. it was frightening. I told the host and he acted like I was making it up. Would not let me leave . Thankfully Airbnb stepped in and refunded my money. I left and went to another nice unit closer to downtown. The Internet was horrible. I run a tech company. Host had an outdated router. It was unsecure even with my VPN. It worked intermittently almost rarely some days. it was a hassle and cost money. He claims he has security, but the gates were open quite often and people could get in at any time. This is probably the cause of an individual trying to gain access under false pretenses. it was so frightening staying there. I had to leave. This place is awful scary

The best place and the best host in San José del Cabo, perfect cost-quality relationship. Will is a very kind person who is always attentive, responds quickly, and helps you with whatever you need. 100% recommended.

William muy amable y atento siempre, nosotros íbamos en moto y nos vino muy bien el estacionamiento, solo fue un poco complicado llegar, peroen auto sin problema. El departamento esta espectacular, todo limpio e ideal para descansar y pasarla muy bien esta a 20 min del aeropuerto con tránsito, solo si es un tanto retirado de los lugares más de fiesta si buscan eso. sin duda voy a regresar.

El departamento es muy bonito y cómodo, cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios. Además, la comunicación con Will fue excelente y muy fácil. Sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar en su departamento.
