The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 9 people. In the spacious living/dining area on the ground floor it is also possible to set up beds/folding beds (if required), so that you have 5 lockable bedrooms available. Optionally, occupancy for up to 10 people is possible (single folding bed on request). The tastefully furnished house combines old building with minimalist modernity and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It offers a cozy atmosphere that ensures relaxation after a long day at work or exploring the surrounding area. On weekends it is possible to spend some great time there together. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare your own meals. Alternatively, you can enjoy regional cuisine in the nearby restaurants and cafés. The feel-good factor is also ensured in the bathroom. Washing machine and dryer make a longer stay comfortable. You can use both free of charge. The house also has an additional guest bathroom with a toilet, sink and bathtub. The house is conveniently located in Ochtendung and is easily accessible by public transport. Up to 4 free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house in the courtyard entrance. There are numerous recreational opportunities in the area, including hiking trails and attractions.
