Welcome to your expansive, peaceful escape—located mere steps from Caranzalem and Miramar Beaches, close to Dona Paula and Panjim, also home to Goa’s offshore casinos. This spacious and aesthetic 3-bedroom duplex home highlights 5 balconies, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 living areas, excellent location between North and South Goa, and setting in a tranquil, upscale neighbourhood—inviting you to unwind in quiet serenity. Our self-service unit also includes housekeeping services, provided once daily. 3 well-lit, airy, very large bedrooms with king-size beds. Each with a private balcony. 2 rooms have an ensuite bathroom and are large enough to put an extra bed and still be able to foxtrot dance on the side. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The living rooms are comfortable - there are ample couches and even a swing and some outdoorsy furniture. It might feel more like a villa.

We stayed at this place for 4 nights. Poonam is a lovely hosting she helped us as much as possible. The place is in calm and residential area. The Miramar beach is very close to the place (5 minutes drive). It's a great place to stay if you want to get away from hustle bustle of daily life. pros - 1. Big rooms 2. Balconies attached to each room 3. Well equipped kitchen 4. AC in each room cons - 1. car parking not available (though this wasn't a major issue) We parked just outside the building where building guard also sits. 2. Rooms can be more well lit. I felt one tubelight in big room isn't that enough. My wife faced issues while doing make-up. 3. Bit far away from party places like arjuna, baga, vagator etc. though it's manageable if you have your own vehicle I would rate my overall stay as 8/10.
Poonam's Place was beautiful and absolutely comfortable. It felt like a home in a different city right from the start! The property is very thoughtfully curated and maintained and it definitely imparted it's positive vibes onto our trip!☺️✨Disha the host was always available for any of our needs. The Miramar beach is at a 5 mins walking distance which is a dream, there are also quite a few great restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. Overall the airbnb and the host's warmth played a major part in making our Goa trip an absolute success. (This vacation with the family was long overdue which naturally made me nervous as everything needed to be perfect and the beautiful stay was definitely the cherry on top would love to visit and stay here again!)💕💫

upkeep of the property was good. kitchen supplies can be made better. good flavoured leaf tea was missing, few tea bags should be provided

The location is super convenient to max out Goa!
It's an upmarket, residential neighborhood right by the beach. It allows access to both north and south Goa. Panjim itself has enough to explore for a couple of days!
A very hep cafe that has really good coffee and croissants is a few steps away. A well-stocked supermarket is also a short walk. And if you feel lazy, Swiggy delivers everything.
We recommend you hire a vehicle. Either chauffer driven or self-driven. I can also easily give you a friendly taxi guy's number. Alas there's no Uber or Ola in Goa yet. There's free on-street parking right in front of the building.
