I am excited to welcome you to my charming chalet in Lakeside Holiday Park. Located just a short drive from the town centre, it is a great place to explore all that Chichester and its surroundings have to offer. The park has a new entertainment and leisure venue, plus swimming pool. Enter the lodge up the steps into the open plan kitchen/dining and living area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with oven, gas hob and large American style fridge/freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining table sits between the kitchen and sitting room, and has enough seating for four, offering plenty of space for meals as well as the possibility of work should the need arise. The sitting room has comfortable sofas for quiet nights in, in front of the large Smart TV. The private decking area is accessed off the sitting room and has a bistro style table and chair set as well as two sun loungers. At the other end of the lodge, you will find a small single bedroom, with desk area on the right, and opposite the main bathroom with shower over bath. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with double bed and an ensuite shower room. Equipped with air conditioning, this property guarantees year-round comfort Conveniently located beside the lodge is parking for one car. You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels ready for your stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit. Upon arrival, a small welcome pack to get you started is provided which includes complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and supply bottles of shampoo & shower gel, conditioner and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a small convenience shop is located on the site. We welcome pets in our property, but kindly review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
