Friendly staff, great view of the sea from the balcony.
The location is not accurate and that slightly failed the purpose for our booking since the idea was to book something close to our wedding venue. For a vacation where you arent specific about location is it a great property. The staff was available to help always.
This place has the most picturesque view (one of the best views in Goa of the sea), is a very spacious apartment, which was comfortable to stay in. it is managed by a team of very helpful staff, they clean the place everyday so it’s a pleasure to live in. Totally peaceful and serene is the vibe you will get.

Location: The property is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but it is still close to all the essential facilities.
Beaches: The property is close to Odxel Beach (200 meters away), but there are 4-5 better beaches just 5-10 minutes away:

- Miramar (5 kilometers)
- Bambolim (6 kilometers)

Essential Facilities: The property is close to Goa Medical College (GMC) for medical facilities, Delfino's for groceries and daily essentials, and Bay15 for dining options.
Recommended Restaurants: Our favorite restaurants in the area include Leda Seashells, Grand Hyatt, Cidade Goa, and Bay 15. Our team will be happy to share more recommendations with you if you are interested.

Hello fellow travellers, this is Aman Dev Pahwa, originally from Gurgaon but based out of Goa since 2017. An avid traveller and for the love of traveling, I run two start ups in Goa to make things real easy for travellers, one is Mirashya Homes which is about managing, renting and selling properties and the second is GRENT where I rent out everything like furniture, electronics, baby stuff, automobiles, Yachts, medical equipments etc. Mirashya Homes was started for love towards hosting & meeting new people. My wife, Richa Kewalramani, started hosting in 2017 and we have collectively hosted over 2000 people so far. Grent is solving a problem of absence of hiring non daily use products. A lot of Airbnbs in Goa don't provide stuff that you may be using daily for example babycrib or study table. I provide all those imaginable products right at your doorstep!
