Sunnyside in Bembridge is a short walk to the local pub (Village Inn), shops, harbour and beach. This really is 'location, location, location' The detached property is near the end of a cul-de-sac, which make it a peaceful location. The enclosed garden makes a safe area for children to play. The property offers a 4th room, ideal for a nursery or quiet work space. This is a spacious property for up to 6 guests plus a baby/ toddler. The property is a modern chalet style bungalow. There are two spacious double en suite bedrooms upstairs. A further double downstairs and single bedroom that can be used as a quiet space or nursery. A large lounge, downstairs bathroom, kitchen diner and utility room with W.C. Both the lounge and kitchen diner have french doors giving access to the outside space.

Beautiful property with extremely modern decor, was a pleasure to stay, the property benefits from multiple bathrooms making it the perfect 4 bedroom house, we would definitely stay again next time we are in the Isle of wight

Absolutely perfect, amazing, idyllic. What an amazing find. Large, spacious, perfectly equipped, extremely well presented (exactly as photographed) home from home. We loved it from the moment we arrived until we sadly had to leave. Located on an extremely quiet, un-adopted road, in the superb small town of Bembridge, which has everything you need (Butchers, Farm Shop, Bakers, Chemist) and some amazing eateries. Bembridge also has some amazing walks, as does all of the wonderful Isle of Wight. This all combined with Michelle's superb service, flexibility and responsiveness, including a wonderful array of welcome goodies. Honestly, stay here, you won't regret it and like us you definitely won't want to leave. 20 out of 10 is still not a high enough score. Loved it.
Michelle’s place exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Michelle was very helpful and provided lots of stuff for our baby including a high chair, bath and pushchair. Definitely recommend.
I’d recommend this place to everyone. Modern, spotlessly clean, well maintained, well equipped, and had handy parking spaces. It’s in a great friendly little village with lovely pubs and places to eat. Nice little touches with the welcome items - this is a host who clearly cares to get things right and it shows. Loved it and hope to be back soon.

Bembridge is a bustling, lively village located on a peninsula in East Wight. Its unique location means it has three delightful beaches, a busy harbour and a number of enchanting coastal and rural walks. There are four pubs offering good food and hospitality all within walking distance of the property. Additionally there are a number of restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. The village also has a traditional bakery, fishmongers, butchers shop and two convenience stores. A stroll around the harbour takes you to the village of St Helens which offers a stunning walk across a causeway towards another beautiful sandy beach. Bembridge village is also only a short drive away from the seaside towns of Ryde, Sandown and Shanklin.
