Julia was a wonderful host and the home was exactly as described in the listing. We came into town to visit our son and his girlfriend at UMFK for a few days and this was a perfect place to have some family time! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.
The house was extremely clean and clutter free. She has attention to detail in the decor with twinkle lights and comfortable living room set. The bedding was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pellet stove was warm and relaxing. Julia checked in to see if we needed anything and even left some snacks, wine, and k cups. The kitchen was set up well and I was able to cook multiple meals at home. The laundry machine was a bonus. If in the Fort Kent area, I highly recommend this Airbnb! Thanks again for the accommodations.
It was my first time traveling to Fort Kent, Julia had recommended some things we could do and places for us to check out. She was aware we had our kids with us and offered to bring over some sleds and toys to make sure the kids had some entertainment. She was very prompt to respond back with any message that I would ask. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, it felt cozy! She had everything available that you would need in case you forgot to pack said item. I really enjoyed the stay and every interaction. She had everything explained in detail very well. The furniture is very new, well kept and clean. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds & the softest rugs I’ve ever stepped on. I would definitely recommend Julia’s Place and will be back again.
