Exactly as pictured/described as in the listing. A little on the spartan side with furnishings, but _very_ clean, the couch was super comfy, and the sunroom would be really lovely when the weather is warmer. Has coffee maker AND coffee. Close to nice walking paths. It was just what we needed. We'd rent again.

We stayed at Doug’s place for our Christmas visit with family that live in Midland. We arrived late in the day but getting in was quick and easy! Super cute condo was clean and efficient! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need! Comfy clean beds and a super large couch! We very much enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! We will definitely stay here again!
