Jennifer was an amazing host!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Miami Charm. Check in was really easy and we felt really safe in the area. Jennifer gave us very clear instructions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Now the home was a beautiful renovated house that was very spacious and CLEAN. The bed linens were so soft, perfect for a relaxing vacation. My husband and I also ended up working one day and the wifi was really great. I would definitely stay here again whenever I go back to Miami!! Talk about a great location, amazing home and friendly host.

I don’t do reviews but WOW. I usually stay at hotels and this was my first time getting an Airbnb since I was with a big group and Jennifer did not disappoint. Very nice and clean house, always responsive and very fast, extremely friendly, outstanding recommendations for things to do and etc. I would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to Miami especially if you’ve got a group and I’d stay again when I’m back!

Upon arrival, I found the house impeccably clean and well-maintained. The cozy bed provided a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The space itself is thoughtfully designed, offering ample room to relax and unwind. Whether I wanted to watch a movie or catch up on work, the living area provided the perfect ambiance. Moreover, the Airbnb had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from essential amenities to little touches that made me feel right at home. The most important aspect (to me) was the host's exceptional responsiveness. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, Jennifer was always just a message away, promptly addressing any questions I had. She truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
