Louis’ place is a hidden gem, tucked away in the foothills of the rainforest. Once off the main road, it is a fairly steep drive to reach the house. Once there, the views are worth it, with a mountain view on one side and an (distant) ocean view on the back of the house. The house itself is clean, and comfortable for a large group, including and adequate number of bathrooms. Plenty of indoor space, and also a large covered outdoor space so that you can enjoy being outside even during a heavy rain. If you do a lot of cooking, you may find the kitchen lacking a few items. The dishwasher was broken prior to our visit and had not been repaired by the time we stayed there. Louis was great to work with. Very responsive, and even bought masks and snorkels prior to our visit so that the kids could use them in the pool and at the beach.

Louis was very quick to respond to questions and offer solutions. We look forward to staying at this property the next time we are in Puerto Rico.

The beautiful home and location were perfect - it allowed for easy access to local attractions. The stunning views of the surrounding landscape were an absolute treat, creating a serene and peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning while taking in the lush greenery and listening to the symphony of local birds. Louis was attentive and accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He was very responsive and provided invaluable local tips and suggestions. The kitchen was well-equipped. The dishwasher was not working during our stay, though. We had minor issues with the bathroom drain and hot water, but no major inconvenience. Wi-Fi was reliable.
