Explore Eastern Ontario from the centre of it all in a spacious home that backs onto a park with a view of the a Rideau Canal beyond the park, a home that has something for everyone! A 20 x 40 foot in-ground pool, A treadmill, Bowflex and stationary bike for exercise, a pool table alongside one of the gas fireplaces and two dedicated workspaces for keeping up. 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, parking for 4 vehicles a fenced in yard and a quaint 3 Season Gazebo overlooking the pool and park. Our home is a spacious environment, providing rooms to gather together and share memories while exercising, socializing and gaming or private spaces for quiet time and a good nights sleep before the next day’s adventures!

We had an amazing time at Wayne's for a friends 30th Birthday. The home is absolutely gorgeous. It was a perfect getaway spot to get outside of Ottawa and have a relaxing weekend with friends. I would highly recommend renting this AirBnb. We will definitely be back in the future to enjoy the pool during the summer time. Thanks Wayne for being such a great host!
This was our second stay. It was amazing yet again! Wayne was very proactive and helpful. His home is very spacious and has all you need plus more. Loved the view from the back deck. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We will be back 😀! Thanks again Wayne!

My stay at this Airbnb was simply exceptional! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a sense of warmth and comfort. The house is incredibly spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. Not to mention, the decor is tastefully done and It truly felt like a home away from home. The host went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I appreciated the clear communication and thoughtful touches throughout my stay. We just loved everything about Wayne’s place! We had a wonderful family mini vacation with our kids and grandkids. The grandkids loved the treehouse and the gazebo. My husband loved the pool table. I loved the piano. Thanks for sharing your home with us Wayne!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 minute walk to a park behind the home that features ball diamonds, soccer pitches, football field, basketball court, tennis courts, a walking path and a splash pad.
You'll be staying on a quiet street with little traffic, perfect for a walk and only a a 20 minute walk to downtown or 10 minutes to the park. A convenience store with gas is only a 15 minute walk away as is a small mall with some restaurants and a Tim Horton's if you so desire! Free parking for 4 vehicles at the home. The village of Merrickville is a mere 15 minute drive and Perth and Westport just a bit further in the opposite direction or spend the day in Ottawa an hour's drive to the North East or Kingston an hour Southwest!

Along with my wonderful wife, Rita, we hope you enjoy our Smiths Falls home! We spend much of the winters scuba diving in Roatan and summers camping in Lakefield ON, so we wanted to give people an opportunity to feel like they're "at home in our home" when we aren't there! Our co-host "Suzanne" is always nearby to answer any questions and give immediate support!
